You will receive expert
One on One care
from an experienced Physical Therapist.

When you visit ProActive Physical Therapy we will begin with a comprehensive evaluation that starts with listening to you and learning about your pain and functional limitations.

Your therapist will design a rehabilitation program with you that will focus on manual therapies and as appropriate, modalities that are designed to achieve your goals and get you back to health as quickly as possible. Your therapist will work with you throughout your course of treatment and will design an exercise program that you can do at home to keep you on track.

COVID-19 Precautions

Our priority is keeping you safe.

We screen each arrival for COVID-19 symptoms and perform temperature checks. We require you to wear a well fitting mask and we wear KN95 masks. We thoroughly disinfect the surfaces that patients come in contact with between visits.

We screen each patient for COVID-19 related symptoms, including temperature checks.

Social Distancing

Our patients keep six feet apart until treatment begins. You may wait in your vehicle and we’ll call you when your therapist is ready.

KN95 Masks

We require you to wear a mask and we wear KN95 masks at all times. We’ll supply you a mask if you forget.

Cleaning and Disinfecting

We clean all surfaces that patients come in contact with during their treatments with disinfectant cleaners.

Where Will You Have Your P.T.?

Do I need a Dr. referral?

Unless your insurance is Medicare or Medicaid you may not need a referral. Your private insurance may set limits however. Give us a call and we'll let you know.
